No Time To Post

Well here I am again. It's almost been a week since my last post. Sorry I haven't been home much to do anything. Monday had a meeting with the principal, vice principal and teacher at school for Madison. (they did an assessment on her). Tuesday had to drive downtown to pick up something for Trev. Then had parent teacher interviews for Tyson. I had already had my meeting for Jordan last week. Today I have a meeting with the principal at Ministik school for the kids. But first I have to drive to the west end to pick up the railings for our house. Which works out fine since I am heading out that way.

Trev is gone to Peace River digging basements for the RTM's. The girls haven't really noticed that dad's gone. (kinda sad isn't it). But Tyson is definitely missing dad!

Last weekend I spent alot of hours cleaning the house. Mostly sweeping the dirt and dry wall dust, scrapping mud off the floor. Wiping the windows. Took me two days, I realized.....I'm gonna need a maid to clean this house its friggin huge! lol

Our cupboards are there but still in boxes. But of what I saw they are really nice! Oh I can't wait till this house is done! Would you believe when I was there Sat and Sun I forgot my camera....both days! I couldn't believe it. So I will take it today.

Long Week!

Here I sit 7pm and I just want to go to bed. I have had a ear ache off and on all week. Going to try and get into the doctor tomorrow. The last 3 days I have been running around for stuff for the house. That is exhausting. Can't believe its already Friday...well almost.

I'm excited to see the house this weekend all the casings are on the windows and doors outside. The plywood is down so the tiles can be started. (not sure when that is). Trev has to go out of town next week. That really sucks! So that puts a delay on the house. What can you do.

Just me and the girls are at home, Trev is still out at the house. Tyson went with grandpa and grandma to the dump with a load of garbage from the acreage.

Well the girls are at it again. So I better go and be the referee. Almost time for Madison to go to bed. She has a hard time going to bed (as most kids do) since its daylight.. Grrrrrrrr good night.

Venting Post of my Life

Ok where do I start? It's been a week since my last post. Trev is feeling better, finally, poor guy his back was a mess and so painful. But he's on the road to recovery!

Our siding guy decided last week that this job was too much for him. Trev flipped out. The guy wanted to get paid before he finished. Yeh right so you can not come back. Are we stupid? Trev told him that he's been in this buisness for many years and the guy knew what the job would be and that is wasn't an easy one either. Anyways, Trev handled it and the guy is almost done. Took him over a week more to finish the job!

Then had a mini flood in the laundry room. What a mess! Luckily none of our boxes got wet. (that is why I am packing long term things in rubbermaid bins). Then something was plugged. So couldn't use the dishwasher, nor the washer. And yesterday couldn't even do dishes my hand. But Trev finally fixed the problem last night.

Mom was sick last week, then I got it. Bad sinus cold. My glasses are bent for some odd reason. I have a rash under my boob. I don't think its shingles. (oh please don't let it be). Sawdust our dear donkey got into a fight with something she has fur missing on her behind. Poor thing. My mom left yesterday we all miss her so much already.

Um what else, oh the company the guys frame for just decided that they aren't needed any more framing done on houses at the moment. (Trev isn't worried there is always work). I think.....I hope that is it. So this is just a venting post. I will take a break and have my tea and later hopefully post some updated pics. Thanks for listening.

My Poor Husband!

Well Trevor has "shingles". It is awful. He has it across his shoulders, up the back of his neck on his chest. It looks horrid. It's very painful for him. He went to the doctor on Monday and has a prescription (that cost us $160). I think he got them Saturday. So this is day 5. I have been using surgical gloves and helping him. But it is just a horrible thing. The poor guy has been so stressed, over worked and so tired. Its no wonder this happened.

I have never seen anything like this before and hope to never see it again. This morning it had spread a bit more. My poor hubby. Send healthy vibes our way. Mom and I have a bit of a cold as well. What a house hold we have lol.

Yes this is it as of today. Can you believe it! I can't. The taper/mudder is doing a good job and Trev is happy with the work. Hopefully the walls will be primed this week.

Good News!

Well my doctor called me a half hour ago. The biopsy was fine. Oh my goodness what a relief! I can't tell you how relieved I am. I was almost having anxiety today. Haven't slept very well the past few nights. The waiting was the worst. But I am so grateful.
